Making Progress

I'm going to use this blog for workout and personal improvement efforts.
No I didn't make any New Year's resolutions - I prefer to work on things as they come up.
Most important is for me to get back to my regular cardio workouts.
They help me so much with anxiety and lessen my desire to overeat.
Tonight I worked with the Wii Biggest Loser game &  really like it.
It's fun, challenging and not so difficult to figure out.
My sis and I went out to eat today.
Of course I ate quite a bit so tonight I just had soup.  That was plenty.
