A trainer that I know from another workout place is now working at the YMCA.
He is soooo good.
I'm going to have some free sessions with him.
For sure I will learn all kinds of good things about food and working out.
Oh boy this is a big motivational thing with me.
And last night I did one of the strength training machines that I was afraid to do - wow!
With this machine you pull yourself up (quite high) and I had been so afraid of falling for some reason.
Think it had to do with the dismount. You get off when you're still up.
This is kind of hard to explain.
